Executive Administration

The Executive Administration is the senior leadership team, and supporting staff, for GSGWM

Membership Growth and Community Development

Membership Growth and Community Development staff work as a unified team to develop, retain and sustain membership growth supporting the council's strategic plans.

Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE)

The GSLE Team is responsible for all aspects of the Council’s program function to ensure the implementation, delivery and assessment of a nationally consistent leadership development experience for girls residing in NH and VT, including troops, series, events, travel, camp, and virtual programs. 

Volunteer Management

Volunteer Management is responsible for implementation of all aspects of the Council’s volunteer engagement strategy, including screening, placement, development, retention and recognition of volunteers.

Product Programs

The Product Program department is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the Council product program strategies and campaigns (including the Fall Product and Cookie sales).

Council Enterprise System (CES)

The CES team is responsible for Personify/eBiz maintenance, membership registration, event and program registration, and data entry.

Finance Team

The Finanace team includes Finance, Property and Facilities, Retail Sales and Business Services.

Business and Information Services

The Business and Information Services team provides support to staff and volunteers for clerical work, and customer service. In addition, all technology is supported for email, web, network and phones.

Property and Facilities

The Property and Facilities team provides general maintenance and custodial services at the Council's 10 properties in accordance with Council policies and standards, ensuring that they are safe, functional and attractive.

Retail Sales

The Retail Sales team handles merchandise and customer orders for the Council store and online shop.

Development and Communications

The Development and Communications team includes Fund Development, Advocacy, Public Relations and Marketing.
