On Leadership Journeys, girls learn the benefits of the Girl Scout "Keys to Leadership": Discover, Connect, Take Action, and have a great time!
Girl Scout Ambassadors can continue their work toward the Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest honor in Girl Scouting, which can qualify them for many college scholarships. They can complete leadership Journeys, earn badges, work at Girl Scout camp, be a Volunteer in Training, travel the globe and serve in leadership roles at the Council or national level.
Swim, play games, make crafts, and camp out under the stars! At resident camp, girls will benefit from the Girl Scout program over the summer, gain independence, and make new friends. Or get an inside look at camp life- apply to become a dream worker, camp aide or barn aide, or CIT!
The Camp Pathway features day, weekend and resident experiences that introduce and explore the out-of-doors. A defining characteristic of this Pathway is that it is an outdoor, condensed experience.
The Events Pathway offers girls flexibility in planning their Girl Scouting experience. Older girls can choose to join our Girls Rock the Capitol Program (GRTC), a legislative internship just for Girl Scouts, or they can attend any of our events a la carte as their schedules allow. Interested in GRTC? Click on a location below to find out more!
Series offerings are a sequence of linked program sessions - offered by the Council or community partners - that relate to a specific theme or purpose and feature cumulative, sequential experiential learning. Each girl chooses to participate in the entire series as a complete program package; series may be short-term or longer-term. The intent is to engage the same group of girls throughout the entire series of program opportunities.
