FIRST Robotics Team Mentor/Coach
Help mentor Girl Scouts aged 9-14 by coaching a LEGO Robotics team! FLL challenges kids to think like scientists and engineers. This is a fulfilling, life changing program for both the girls and coaches that tackle real life issues! We're looking for volunteers who are interested in starting a jump roping series in the Nashua, NH area. Jump roping skills are a definite plus, along with skills in yoga, dance, and group games. This series could be run either one day per week after school, or for a week during the summer depending on volunteer availability. Virtual Book Club Facilitator
Open a world of possibilities to girls by sharing your love of reading. Lead a group of girls on themed adventures in reading from your home on your own time! Virtual Model UN Club Leader
Are you a world news junkie? Or were you on a Model UN Team in your youth? Share your love of world politics as you help develop girls into the global leaders of tomorrow from the comfort of your home! Help girls as they research international current events from the perspective of their UN member country and draft resolutions, make speeches, debate and negotiate while following the Model UN conference rules of procedure. Girls Rock the Capitol (GRTC) Coordinator
Are you interested in politics, government or advocacy? As the GRTC Coordinator, you will have a first-hand look at state politics and government as you support our GRTC interns in their one-on-one mentorship with local state representatives. Girl Scouts Beyond Bars (GSBB) Coordinator
Our GSBB program supports women prisoners at Shea Farm in Concord, NH have positive, healthy relationships with their daughters. As coordinator, you would run Girl Scout programming at Shea Farm based on our National Partnership with the Dove Foundation focusing on improving self-esteem for both the girls and women in our program. Events Pathway Group (EPG) Leader
This year’s Events Pathway is offering a new way to take part in the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. The EPG leader will be responsible for attending four events throughout the year with the girls, hosting webinars in-between events and supporting girls through the product sales and their Take Action Projects.
