Camp Girl Leadership Opportunities

Older Girl Leadership Opportunities give you the chance to get an inside look at how camp is run while learning valuable skills.

Program Aide Core Training (Grades 6-12)

Do you love working with kids? Put your passion into action. Explore the basic leadership skills needed to work with younger girls.

Day Camp Program Aide Specialist (Grades 8-12)

Inspire young campers with cool activities, fun games and silly songs! Learn leadership skills needed for volunteering at camp. Prerequisite: Program Aide Core Training.

Camp Aide, Barn Aide or Dreamworker (Grades 9-12)

A volunteer work program for girls. Assist in all areas of camp and then intern in a specific area: waterfront, adventure, barn program, office and more.

Counselor in Training 1 (Grades 10-12)

Mentor younger girls in a camp setting as you build skills toward becoming a camp counselor.

Counselor in Training 2 (Grades 11-12)

If you have earned your CIT1 you can work with younger girls over the course of at least one camp session while focused on increasing your skills in one specific area – such as riding instruction, lifeguarding or the arts.
