Financial assistance is a supplementary way for a registered girl or adult with demonstrated need to participate in all aspects of the Girl Scout program. Financial assistance is granted based on the information provided and availability of funds. We've updated our system- we now have one financial assistance form for all requests, which will include camp starting in February. We've also simplified our eligibility information, which may reduce the amount of time you'll need to complete the paperwork, and streamlines the approval process. Girls are limited to 3 requests plus 1 camp or travel grant per membership year (October 1 - September 30). Adults are limited to 2 requests per qualified adult per membership year. Members must be registered for programs or camp prior to submitting the financial assistance request form. Financial assistance funds are meant to supplement funds that girls, troops and groups have saved or generated from money-earning projects and should not be expected to cover 100 percent of any request.

Incomplete applications will be returned. All forms should be submitted at least 30 days before the requested materials or funds are needed. Parents should complete this form for a girl applicant. Completed forms can be mailed to GSGWM Financial Assistance, PO Box 10832, Bedford, NH 03110, emailed to email@example.com or faxed to 603-623-6404. List only one person per form. Allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
