Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors wear the Girl Scout Membership Pin (6B), showing they belong to Girl Scouts of the USA, and the World Trefoil Pin (2), signifying their membership in the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors wear a sash or vest to display official pins and awards. The unifying look includes wearing the sash or vest together with a solid white shirt and khaki pants or a skirt. Senior and Ambassadors have the option to wear a scarf relating their look with the sisterhood of Girl Scouts around the world.
This “uniform” is required when girls participate in ceremonies or officially represent the Girl Scout Movement (such as in a parade or while performing community service).
Please Note: Participation patches must be worn on the back of the uniform only. Girl Scout badges, patches, awards, and other insignia that are earned for the accomplishment of skill-building activities or any set requirements should be presented, worn, or displayed only after Girl Scouts have completed the requirements outlined in the appropriate program materials.
