The Travel Pathway offers girls leadership opportunities and cross-cultural understanding through local, regional, national, and international travel. Girls prepare, plan, money-earn and participate through group travel, Council or nationally sponsored trips. This is either a short-term (4-6 months) or long-term (6-16 months) group.
Boston July 15–17, 2013
$350 per person
Girl Scout Juniors spend three days and two nights exploring Boston, MA. The trip will include staying at the brand new Hi-Boston Hostel, seeing a Blue Man Group Performance at the Charles Playhouse, a visit to the Museum of Fine Arts, a Duck tour and dinner at the Hard Rock Café, a swan boat ride and shopping at Faneuil Hall Market Place. Register for this trip.
Initial Deposit of $100.00 is due at time of registration, the remainder is due by May 1. Cookie dough may be used to help offset this cost and there may be an additional fundraiser. Girls may register for this trip as an individual or with a troop, if you register by troop you may bring one adult for every six girls.
Niagara Falls June 24–28, 2013
$550 per person
Girl Scout Cadette’s spend 5 days and 4 nights exploring Niagara Falls! We will explore the best of both the US and Canadian side of the falls. You will spend nights at the KOA campground, go on the Maid of the Mist and explore at the Cave of Winds. Girls will need a government ID card or passport for this trip. You will take the train and the bus to get there, then explore by public transportation once you arrive. Register for this trip.

New Orleans August 5–9, 2013
$900 per person
Girl Scout Seniors and Ambassadors will fly to New Orleans staying in a hostel in the heart of the city! You will have the opportunity to ride the famous street cars, go on the Steamboat Natchez, tour the French Quarter, “City of the Dead Cemetery”, Lake Pontchartrain, and visits to Tulane and Loyola University. Register for this trip.
