Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains offers two choices of resident camps for girls. Camp Chenoa in New Hampshire and Camp Farnsworth in Vermont.
Girl Scout camp offers everything that girls love about camp - campfires, swimming, new friends and cool counselors!
At camp, girls will:
Whether it's a chocolate theme cookout, a hike or new crafts, every day is different because girls are able to take the lead and share their voices.
Camp Aid, Barn Aide or Dreamworker (Grades 9-12)
A volunteer work program for girls. Assist in all areas of camp and then intern in a specific ares: waterfront, adventure, barn program, office and more.
Counselor in Training 1 (Grades 10-12)
Mentor younger girls in a camp setting as you build skills toward becoming a camp counselor. Opportunities are now available for 2013.
Counselor in Training 2 (Grades 11-12)
If you have earned your CIT1 you can work with younger girls over the course of at least one camp session while focused on increasing your skills in one specific area – such as riding instruction, lifeguarding or the arts. Opportunities are now available for 2013.

Financial aid is available for all girls living within our Council jurisdiction. Campership/financial aid decisions are made monthly. The next meeting will be on April 18th. In order to have your application reviewed for this meeting, it must be received in the Bedford Office by April 11th otherwise it will held and be reviewed the following month.
